Products and Services
All products on the website are described accurately. Prices are listed without VAT as the company is not VAT registered. Prices for products are displayed separately from shipping costs. Offers may change without prior notice.
Payment and Payment Methods
You can pay by credit card or other methods available on the site. Payments are made in Romanian Leu (RON). Order processing requires payment confirmation.
Delivery
Delivery is made via courier to the address provided in your order. Delivery times are indicative and depend on stock and courier availability. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. You will be notified in case of delays.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the products, according to OUG 34/2014. Products must be returned in original packaging, unused, and without signs of wear. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Failed Deliveries and Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for being available for delivery and providing correct and complete shipping information. If delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the customer, including refusal of the package, unavailability at the address, failure to respond to contact attempts, or providing incorrect information, any costs incurred by us, including initial shipping, return shipping, and logistical fees, may be deducted from any refund. For international shipments or third-party suppliers, if the product cannot be recovered or is lost due to the customer’s fault, the refund may be fully withheld. Re-shipment can only occur after payment of a new shipping fee and any applicable additional costs.
Warranty
Products are covered by warranty according to Romanian legislation and manufacturer specifications. Defects must be reported by email or phone, with the invoice and warranty certificate.
Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
We collect and process your data in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679). Data is used for order processing, communication, and service improvement. Legal basis for processing: contract execution, legal obligation, or legitimate interest. You may request access, modification, or deletion of your personal data at contact@primecart.ro.

Limitation of Liability
PRIMETECH INNOVATIONS S.R.L. is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from website use or products, except where required by law.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be published on the website and take effect immediately.
