What is your return policy?
You have the right to return your product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, in accordance with Romanian Emergency Ordinance OUG 34/2014 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. You may inspect and test the product as you would in a physical store. If you decide to return the product for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, PRIMETECH INNOVATIONS S.R.L. will cover the return shipping cost. Please see our Return Policy page for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety. PayPal may be temporarily unavailable.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free for all orders.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us within 48 hours at contact@primecart.ro and include photos of the product and packaging. We recommend recording a video when opening the package to help resolve the issue faster.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you return a product for personal reasons, you pay the return shipping cost. If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost.
