Shipping Policy

Delivery Methods
We deliver products via courier to the address provided in your order. Delivery times are indicative and depend on stock availability and courier schedules.

Shipping Costs
Initial delivery is free. In case of a return requested by the customer for reasons not related to product defects, damage, or warranty claims, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. More information is available in our Return Policy.

Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within Romania. Delays may occur due to courier service or stock issues; you will be notified by email or phone if delivery is delayed.

Failed or Refused Deliveries Due to Customer Responsibility
If delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to unjustified refusal of the package, unavailability at the delivery address, failure to respond to courier attempts, providing incorrect or incomplete information, or not picking up the package within the communicated timeframe, we reserve the right to deduct from any refunded amount all actual costs incurred, including initial shipping, return shipping, logistical fees, and other non-recoverable costs. For international shipments or through third-party suppliers, if the package cannot be recovered, is lost, destroyed, or abandoned, the refund may be fully withheld if non-delivery is due to the customer.
