Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with Romanian Emergency Ordinance OUG 34/2014 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform PRIMETECH INNOVATIONS S.R.L. at contact@primecart.ro of your decision, including your name and order number.

Return Period

The product must be sent back within 14 calendar days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal.

Condition of Returned Products

You have the right to inspect and test the product as you would in a physical store. However, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

The product should be returned:

- With original packaging

- With all accessories and included items

- Without unnecessary damage

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the return is requested for personal reasons, including but not limited to:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect product selected

- No longer wanting the product

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, PRIMETECH INNOVATIONS S.R.L. will cover the return shipping cost.

The customer must use a courier service with tracking and provide the tracking number upon request.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product or proof of return.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

PRIMETECH INNOVATIONS S.R.L. reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if the product value has been diminished due to excessive handling, damage, missing parts, or missing packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours at contact@primecart.ro and provide:

- Description of the issue

- Photos of the product

- Photos of the packaging

We recommend recording a video when opening the package. This helps resolve issues faster. This recommendation does not affect your legal rights.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned if unsealed or used:

- Products made to customer specifications or personalized

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened

- Digital products delivered electronically, where applicable

Failed or Refused Deliveries Due to Customer Responsibility

If the delivery of an order cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer, including unjustified refusal, unavailability at the delivery address, failure to respond to contact attempts, providing incorrect or incomplete information, or not collecting the package within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to deduct all actual costs from any refund, including initial shipping, return shipping, logistical fees, and other incurred costs. Re-shipment of the order can only be arranged after payment of a new shipping fee and any applicable additional logistical costs. For international shipments, if the package cannot be recovered or is lost due to the customer’s fault, the refund may be fully withheld.
